I got an appointment easily and quickly. Everyone who works there is kind, polite, and professional. I appreciate that very much because polite customer service is something that is disappearing in our society. They also have a nice clean area to wait in as your car is being serviced with comfortable seating, television and fresh coffee.

Nice friendly service writer not very pushy explains everything answers all questions. I will continue to use them for my Cadillac.

I took a GMC Sierra 2024 to check an oil leak on the driver side power running board. I was initially told that it wasn't possible to happen because there isn't oil in that part. I left the truck there for them to inspect. Then, I was told it was ready, but is still leaking and my driveway has now multiple oil stains. I got a text message to thank me for the business and to contact them if I had question. I sent the picture of my driveway with stains and got no response.

Tony was great to work with. I really appreciated not getting hounded when I was looking at used cars in the lots. I would say though that when I did enter the building to inquire about a car it did take a minute to get approached for help. Overall I would recommend this dealership.

Todd in the service dept got me a loaner. My 2023 Sierra Denali was in their service dept for approximately 7 weeks waiting for a new engine to come in. Truck seems to be driving and running like new again. However I am still concerned that this catastrophic engine failure could happen again. GM needs to address the real issues with their v8 and fix these motors properly.

Have had pretty good experience there before. Took my 21 Denali sierra in for a recall and came back to pickup and they couldn’t find my keys. Luckily I have an AirTag on them and they were in some one’s desk. I was told the truck was washed and went to find it out front and it was parked out back and wasn’t washed. I also had to uber home at drop off because they said all the loaners were out and the porter wasn’t there.

Took care of the one problem very well couldn’t take care of second problem GMC has no fix for the phone charger .

In 2023, I purchased my first ever Buick from Al Piemonte, and it was a very positive experience. So, I returned in 2025 to purchase my second Buick and it was a great experience. My sales person, Alex Alverio, was the best in every way through the entire vehicle purchase. I left the dealership a happy and loyal Al Piemonte Buick customer! Thank you!!!

Thank you for the great service Al Piemonte Buick-GMC provided just this past week. I noticed a big different in my steering suspension , definitely I don’t hear the popping/clucking sounds.

I brought in my car to have the battery replaced. The service took less tha a half hour and I was charged $160 for Labor. $160 for a half hour of work, $320/hr, $2,560/day, $12,800/week, $665,600/year per tech doesn't make sense. I really like this dealership but was dissapointed with the charge on this visit.

I have been taking my vehicles to this dealer, and this experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I bought the car at this dealer with the pitch that they do a 100-point inspection. Well, they definitely do not. I have only had the car for 5 months, and it already has issues. I bought the extended warranty. It seems the dealer will figure out a way to charge a 199 inspection fee, and then whatever you bring it in for seems not covered at that point for one reason or another. Recently had my Cadillac ATS towed to Al Piemonte Buick/GM dealership. The car was experiencing electrical problems, which are often hard to diagnose and repair. Although they had the car several days . They were able to fix multiple problems. Got the car back and it’s starting and driving like new! Great job!

They were very patient and very invested in my needs and wants. I would highly recommend this dealership to others 10/10.

Recently experienced a breakdown with my 2023 GMC Sierra truck. I had it towed to Al Piemonte Buick/ GMC. Jim and Todd from the service department got back to me the next day with bad news. The truck needed a new engine. They had me come back in and get a loaner vehicle, as this type of repair will take weeks. Pricing seems high. If you want to keep customers that buy their vehilces from you, and keep them from going else where pricing needs to considered for the customer. To say that the service that is rendered at the dealership is the best you'll get for your vehicle, and all services are priced accordingly is simply not true. There are pleanty of places. If I would have got another key fob for vehicle, It would have been great experience. But wasn’t offered. Now I have to spend extra money, to buy one. Being that I bought my last vehicle at Al Piemonte as well, and go there for service all the time. Alex was good though.
