I brought in my car to have the battery replaced. The service took less tha a half hour and I was charged $160 for Labor. $160 for a half hour of work, $320/hr, $2,560/day, $12,800/week, $665,600/year per tech doesn't make sense. I really like this dealership but was dissapointed with the charge on this visit.

I have been taking my vehicles to this dealer, and this experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I bought the car at this dealer with the pitch that they do a 100-point inspection. Well, they definitely do not. I have only had the car for 5 months, and it already has issues. I bought the extended warranty. It seems the dealer will figure out a way to charge a 199 inspection fee, and then whatever you bring it in for seems not covered at that point for one reason or another. The service manager didn't even try to work with us.

Recently had my Cadillac ATS towed to Al Piemonte Buick/GM dealership. The car was experiencing electrical problems, which are often hard to diagnose and repair. Although they had the car several days . They were able to fix multiple problems. Got the car back and it’s starting and driving like new! Great job!

They were very patient and very invested in my needs and wants. I would highly recommend this dealership to others 10/10.

Recently experienced a breakdown with my 2023 GMC Sierra truck. I had it towed to Al Piemonte Buick/ GMC. Jim and Todd from the service department got back to me the next day with bad news. The truck needed a new engine. They had me come back in and get a loaner vehicle, as this type of repair will take weeks. Not Happy with GM itself for the quality of this truck, but at least the dealership is trying to make it right. Hope the truck is as good as new when I get it back? Really glad the dealership gave me a loaner without any problems.

Allowed me to schedule my repair quickly, was interested in listening to my presentation of what I believed to be the mechanical/electrical issues. Provided timely feedback and accurate cost estimates. Very positive experience.

Pricing seems high. If you want to keep customers that buy their vehilces from you, and keep them from going else where pricing needs to considered for the customer. To say that the service that is rendered at the dealership is the best you'll get for your vehicle, and all services are priced accordingly is simply not true. There are pleanty of places. Yes, one would think for a little more money that the service would because of GM product, GM dealership for service is done better. As it should be, but please don't gouge the customer that wants the best for their vehicle.

I went to a different Buick dealership and had an awful experience. I went to Piemonte and had a completely different experience. Rocky was personable, thorough, and listened to my needs! Every team member I met was very helpful in the process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to have a good experience. Walked away with the exact car that I wanted!

I Would never do business with anyone associated with Alex Kaliakmanis the fact he has to drive an hour to get to work should tell you everything you need to know (not a decent human being) Everyone else at this dealership was amazing unfortunately Alex made.me regret doing business with GMC and Al Piemonte Alex would only approve to buff the damage left by them buffing damage on the hood that was not disclosed to me at the time of sale instead they left the vehicle covered in salt so could not see it while I went ahead with all the paperwork No one buys a 100k auto with 21 miles and expects it to have any damage shame in me for thinking the dealer would take care of any issues
